Absorbed into the body so that nothing gets lost when you start eating raw of your health you’ll be the boss. Raw vegan for my health and you know that health is wealth. To help you stay your best, we will welcome special guests. So let’s go make a recipe and have lots of fun, your healthy living journey has just begun cause I’m Courtney…Courtney Uncooked. Courtney… Courtney Uncooked.

Courtney: Hi I’m Courtney Uncooked and this is my dog, Cupid. Cupid is our special guest on the show today because Cupid has a message for all of you. He wants to make sure that you adopt and never shop for a puppy ever again, right Cupid? And especially right now, all the shelters in all the cities really need help with people to foster, adopt, just walk the dogs, clean the areas and stuff. So Cupid wanted to be on the show today to ask for your help. So thank you Cupid. And I told him that we would make his favorite pudding. And this pudding is from my friend Tiandra Wilde, who I met at the Woodstock fruit festival. It’s only three ingredients. We just use avocado and some frozen strawberries and some purple grapes. Blend it all together and then you have delicious Wilde berry pudding. So Cupid is excited and he gets to try it at the end. Today, we all wear gloves so that’s just what I’m going to do. First, I’m going to just put in the right ingredients first, then we’ll get these frozen berries in here and just smush out the avocado. That’s it. Three ingredients. So I love making my friend Tiandra’s recipes because they are all so simple, delicious, and fun, which is like Tiandra if you know her, I feel like she’s just awesome. So I always feel like I’m hanging out with her when I’m making her recipes. So we’re just going to always start on low.

Courtney: That is it!  Three ingredients it’s like so amazing look at this pudding. And so I’m going to just pour into cups and like I said, you can refrigerate it for a couple of hours and then it really takes on a pudding, like consistency. But you know, me, I eat everything right away as soon as it comes out. Look at that, so delicious, it’s so good. Three simple ingredients. Cupid tell us, what do you think. Let’s see what he thinks? Is it good? Do you like the texture? Too many berries, not enough berries, what do you really feel like Cupid?

Courtney: It’s perfect? I think it’s perfect too.Courtney: Making Wilde berry pudding with my dog Cupid, I think I’m losing it, I’m starting to feel stupid. Self-isolation has really got me down. Only this pudding can turn my frown upside down. With only three ingredients, it was simple to make. And you know it’s uncooked so there’s no need to bake. No, you don’t need a stove or an oven to cook just a blender, dehydrator, and Courtney Uncooked.
